Pollen is currently seeking a Mid-weight UX Product Designer to support our growing experience design team on some super exciting projects with well-known brands and products.
We’re looking for a passionate UX Designer full of curiosity, energy, ambition and enthusiasm. You’ll bring fresh thinking into our collaborative and supportive learning environment. You’ll develop a strong point of view on the projects you touch and fight vehemently to defend your design decisions with compelling clarity and intelligence.
To get an interview you’ll be able to demonstrate some solid IA thinking, show us some funky flow maps and share some design concepts (wireframes or prototypes are fine) that you’re proud of, and of course these things will have rationalised decisions ideally with user feedback incorporated. We know these things can be confidential, so if that’s the case just give us the synopsis of the work and why it’s awesome, we’ll decide if we want to meet you!
To get a response we suggest you:
Still reading....Well we’d also love it if you can:
What’s in it for you? you ask.
Well as we mentioned we've been doing this a while and our senior team will be more than happy to impart some of that experience on you, helping you grow your career in a supportive environment with some talented individuals. Simply put you'll create some of the best work of your life at Pollen, learn heaps, and have some fun along the way.
In this role you’ll be mentored by our super experienced Experience Director right through the full gamut of UX work from research, ideation and UX strategy, product architecture and flows, design, prototyping and even some user testing.
Did I mention you’ll also work along side some top notch visual designers who’ll help make your ideas look amazing.
You'll also be working with some pretty great clients (if we do say so ourselves), we're currently solving problems and creating great experiences for our friends at Gumtree, the Museum of Contemporary Art and helping to transform aged care services with KinCare, just to name a few.
